Carpathian Foundation Ukraine and Carpathian Foundation Slovakia organize final conference for representatives of NGOs, young initiatives and self-government from rural and city communities in Zakarpats’ka, L’vivis’ka, Ivano-Frankivs’ka and Chernivetska oblast’s. The participants are welcome to discuss creation and functioning of civil councils at local self-government bodies and to get introduced to experience of micro-projects implementation, as well as to international expert platform.
